Shipping & returns

Delivery Terms

All orders will be subject to one standard handling charge. This charge includes normal freight charges but does not include any special carrier charges or hazardous material shipment fees. Orders under $300.00 are subject to additional small order fees.

Quick Delivery

Orders placed by 4 p.m. CST are shipped the same day. Most orders are shipped via UPS.

Gold, Unite and Platinum level customers receive same day shipping for all orders placed before 5 p.m. CST.


Full credit will be issued for normally stocked items if returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be salable and in their original unopened and unmarked packages. A copy of the invoice must accompany each return.

To arrange for a return, simply contact your Goetze Dental Sales Representative or our Customer Service department. Alternatively, you can submit a return request online by visiting your account here. We cannot accept any returns without prior authorization.

The following special, customized, or regulated items are not returnable:

  •          Opened handpieces, small equipment, custom-ordered equipment
  •          Special order items that are not normally stocked
  •          Personalized and imprinted items
  •          Rx items and hazardous materials
  •          Items that cannot be returned to the manufacturer

Missing, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items Claims

If a shipment is received with less merchandise than the quantity billed and/or items are missing, damaged or incorrect, a claim must be made within seven days of delivery. Please notify our Customer Service department of your claim and refer to the shipment order number found on the packing slip.


Our published prices are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer price increases and/or market demands. Tax and shipping charges are estimated at time of checkout, actual charges will be assessed on final invoice.
